If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may be eligible for a return of up to 100% of your payment, depending on the category of products or services purchased.

Education Programs
Free Trial Period:
- All education programs include a 2-day audit course at no cost.
- Full payment is required to advance beyond the trial period
Refund Eligibility:
Education program refunds are calculated based on course consumption and are structured as follows:
- Up to 25% of course completed: 75% refund of total payment
- 26% to 50% of course completed: 50% refund of total payment
- 51% to 75% of course completed: 25% refund of total payment
- 76% to 100% of course completed: No refund available
Refund Process:
- Refund requests must be submitted in writing
- Course completion percentage will be calculated based on modules accessed and time spent in the program
- Refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days of approval
Consulting Services
Future Scope: Our consulting services refund policy is currently under development. Please contact our customer service team for specific inquiries regarding consulting service returns.
Software as a Service (SaaS) Products
Subscription Terms
Payment and Subscription Terms:
- Payments are processed via your App Store/iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase.
- Active subscription required for access to all SaaS products, including APIs.
- Auto-Renewal: Your subscription automatically renews unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing cycle.
- Billing occurs according to your selected subscription cycle (monthly, quarterly, or annually).
Cancellation Policy:
- You may manage your subscription or turn off auto-renewal at any time via your Account Settings on the App Store or through our account dashboard.
- Upon cancellation, access to SaaS products will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.
- Note: Cancellation of the current active subscription is not allowed during the active billing period, and no partial refunds are provided for unused portions.
- Cancelled subscriptions will not auto-renew for subsequent billing cycles.
General Return Conditions
Eligibility Requirements:
- Return requests must be submitted within the specified timeframes for each service category
- Original proof of purchase required
- Account must be in good standing with no violations of our Terms of Service
Processing Time:
- Approved refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase
- Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution
Exclusions:
- Refunds may be denied for accounts with suspected fraudulent activity
- Custom or personalized services may have different return terms
